New Look SS 2013
Last Friday I went to the
presentation of the Spring/ Summer 2013 collection of New Look. While outside
it was snowing and freezing in Amsterdam, inside it was cosy and warm with a
collection with beautiful colours, patterns and thin fabrics. The themes were:
Pagan cowgirl, Pleasantville and Eastern trail. My favourite item is this black
shirt with a print, looking a bit like the out of space Balenciaga sweater. I
think the collection is best worn when combining items of the different themes
all together. The last two photos are from the male collection, the tiger shirt
and printed blouse are also wearable for women I think. This collection will make an interesting
summer!

Ooh thanks for sharing these. I love to get a peep at high street upcoming collections as I am a geek who likes to prepare myself for the trends ahead (And if I need to ease myself into something that is a bit 'out there' too I can get myself prepared lol)
ReplyDeleteI am really impressed at what I have seen, what I like most is there seems to be influences from lots of different eras all mixed up, lots with an 80s edge but I also spied items that have a 70s, 60s and even 50s edge! Well done New Look!! I cannot wait for Spring/Summer 2013 now :-)
